We have unique creative, cultural, and strategic skills that come from our diverse backgrounds in entrepreneurship, engineering, social causes, music performance, arts & culture, technology, and business management.

As an organizational strategist, Bryan Horvath has advised executives both domestically and internationally. His background gives him a distinct perspective that helps organizations connect vision to strategy, and strategy to action. He specializes in distilling complex problems and systems into simple language that allows people to get work on the mission. He has directed an international arts organization, engineered Cadillacs for GM, run an indie record label, and licensed inventions to a major manufacturer.

Chief Strategy Officer
Kevin Gosa has held nearly every position within a nonprofit organization, from intern to director. For more than 10 years he's been helping nonprofits discover what strategy helps them truly achieve their mission. His unique perspective on strategy is influenced by his Master’s of Music degree and decades of performing on saxophone all over the world. As a creativity and culture specialist, he's lectured at MIT and Baylor University, planned international arts conferences, and published poetry and essays.
